To Recycle Or Not To Recycle: That Is Not The Choice

If you walk around our grounds you come across a wide section of litter bins well placed in order that can be used to collect, yes, litter. But so much of that litter can be recycled. Maybe the university believe that too many bins would only confuse the students, or that perhaps they are not capable of finding the right bin?

Not that I make it a hobby of mine, but next time you pass a bin take a look inside – glass, paper, and all manner of things that can be recycled. Maybe the university would like to play its part in a practical recycling step and provide far more bins that can be used to separate materials, and do some good rather than just giving lectures on the need to do more recycling?
